I recently received a hot stone massage from Charlie. I was immediately put at ease by Charlie, who explained clearly what the treatment would consist of, after carrying out a thorough assessment of my health status & what I wanted to achieve from the treatment. Charlie is clearly very knowledgable, passionate about delivering a top quality treatment and has a lovely manner. The treatment itself was truly relaxing and enjoyable and I feel, very effective. I slept like a baby that evening! I am an ultra runner and I had a big race a few days after the massage; I must say my muscles felt very relaxed and I’m positive my post race recovery was improved as a result of Charlie’s massage.
